#Story: Love Not so Love



And so she came home sad one day, that’s how she looked every time she sees him.I asked her you didn't tell him again? She nodded in affirmative. 

This is the third year my bestie met Efe a handsome, tall, cute guy...a guy i can say is every girls dream. So charming that my bestie started falling in love with him. But she was scared that Efe didn’t feel the same way. She tried to stop the stupid feeling as she calls but it won’t go.

And so one night she decided to ask him what he thinks about love she got the shocker when Efe told her he doesn't believe in love that love doesn't exist. My bestie was devastated. Wondering why she can’t just stop thinking bout him, why he keeps appearing everywhere, how her heart skips every time she sees him. She still wonder how he hasn't noticed. And then one day she decided to put her pride aside and tell him, but then Efe doesn't see her like someone he can love. He only sees her like a very good friend. And told her it’s only natural for her to feel that way towards him. What!!! Are you for real!!! At that point my friend wanted the ground to swallow her up. She just had to tell him she was only joking anyways.. lol.. And so she had to bottle the feeling but to me, love they say conquers all the way my bestie loves the guy eeh!! its just enough to last both of them till eternity ...

Someone once said caring too much about someone who doesn't deserve it will choke your happiness. Care, love is an investment that demands reciprocity.

Hi Guys, So i took a tricycle to a friends place today and as we were moving, one of the passengers brought up a very interesting topic for us to discuss that she said she noticed before she entered the vehicle. She said she saw a poster/banner on the pedestrian bridge which read: Teachers Needed for Voluntary Service to teach SS3 students Economics and Civil Education.(Rephrased) This was written by a public Office Holder. Her Point: You as a public servant collect salary and humongous allowances by the side and you want people to voluntarily render teaching service for free to SS3 students in schools in your constituent. Its not fair at all. Her Opinion: Don't put out sign-post calling for voluntary service for people that are looking for employment to possibly make ends meet. To me that is stomach infrastructure, you want people to see that you are working. If you really want to help people be deliberate about it and don't blow trumpet for people to see tha...
