Decision: According to INTERNET sources, the average amount of remotely conscious decisions an adult makes each day equals about 35,000 while children make about 3,000 decisions each day. cc @Fact (via twiiter) And people say decisions determine destiny, One Has to be deliberate about the kind of decisions we make. because the quality of such decisions would show on the kind of life we live. Depression is real

Today, a friend of mine shares his story on depression,what he went through and how he over came the situation. It all started when I lost a dear friend my confidant the only person I opened up too, it was a Tuesday and it shocked me so bad it was doing Ramadan I couldn't think I was frustrated I couldn't cry I was weak and sad but had no one to talk to as my only confidant was gone. I held this thought in me it boiled in deep down and added to the fact that I was jobless at that moment it all came down to thinking and you know what over thinking those it brings in problem where there is no problem then insecurities set in then the thought of being a failure the fear of not being successful creeps in then the depression gets real no one understands how you feel there in no one person willing to listen to you as everyone around you have what is bothering them and you will feel like a burden. Politics or not!

Hi Guys, So i took a tricycle to a friends place today and as we were moving, one of the passengers brought up a very interesting topic for us to discuss that she said she noticed before she entered the vehicle. She said she saw a poster/banner on the pedestrian bridge which read: Teachers Needed for Voluntary Service to teach SS3 students Economics and Civil Education.(Rephrased) This was written by a public Office Holder. Her Point: You as a public servant collect salary and humongous allowances by the side and you want people to voluntarily render teaching service for free to SS3 students in schools in your constituent. Its not fair at all. Her Opinion: Don't put out sign-post calling for voluntary service for people that are looking for employment to possibly make ends meet. To me that is stomach infrastructure, you want people to see that you are working. If you really want to help people be deliberate about it and don't blow trumpet for people to see tha
